Smeg intergrated dishwasher model DWI710 E1 error codes

i have come across an intergrated SMEG dishwasher with lights 1, 2, and 3 flashing and light 5 lit permantly, this error code is not listed in the manual and i am wondering whether anybody out there can help as all SMEG want to do is send an engineer out so they obviously know the fault and wont tell me over thephone what the lighs mean…PLEASE HELP !!

Reset procedure:
Switch on and hit programme button 4 times within three seconds. LEDs 1 + 5 should light. Switch off, count to ten, switch on and run rinse programme.
