    Is anyone else getting a new format of call through from servast ?
    It is taking me ages to get used to where to look for various details .

    What a co-incedence.

    I sent them an e-mail yesterday regards these. Poorly laid out, information missing and easily missed as not being a job.

    Perhaps a few others ought to do the same.

    Awaiting a reply.

    We asked why they have been changed and were told it was at one of the directors request .
