For some time now the lights on my cooker hood have been flickering and going out, so the other day, after switching off at the mains, removed the unit made sure all the connections were good and put it back.
Now the lights and fan don’t work!
I think there may be a blown fuse somewhere but there is no separate switch for the unit that I can see anywhere. Is there likely to be an internal fuse in the system for this somewhere?
Is relatively easy to remove the motor unit from the chimney to trace the wiring there and see if there is something lurking behind?
