Smeg LV612SVE dishwasher

We have a customer with a Smeg LV612SVE dishwasher. The fault sounds like a anti flood error.
Before we call out we’ve tried to look for any spare parts or technical but cannot find any spares on Connect for that model.
The model number is correct.
Anyone had spare parts for this model? Or an anti flood fault?

I would go with a lower spray arm the large part they are common to split

Do you have a part number for lower spray arm?

I didn’t realise this is a older model which may be fitted with a stainless steel spray arm I would check the o rings at the too of the salt chamber, also possibility that one of the hose can be split
