Smeg M/oven upper element Part numberif possible, Thanks.

Hi Gents,
Been onto connect sight for this one, to get the element for the top of the Main Oven, now connect are listing this element as 13197 smeg pt No. 806890527 for that part, and its comes up as a dual grill element, which is for the top oven, and this is listed as 41459 smeg pt No. 806890393 also is dual element, the same one as 0527 pt No.
The main oven is a single grill element, centre fixing from the rear, can anybody help.
The Model of the dual fuel slot in cooker is A42

All A 42’s are shown as a twin type element there. from 2003 it was 806890527

I have got the part number for the dual element, what’s the number for the single element.

Terry here again, am l missing something here I see that smeg list the A42 from 2003, with a dual element, so what about the element before 2003 for the A42’s. Any information on the part number for these, or is there an equivalent single element.

You replace the single with a double and wire accordingly

Thanks for that, I was thinking along those lines myself in the end, but thinking that the single would be available, and also cheaper to purchase than the dual element.

Yes even before 2003 they were twin elements. Funny enough attended one today! you guessed it a twin element.
