SMEG Model DWI 710 E1 – HELP IT’S NOT WORKING!

When the machine is set to do a normal load (4th light from the left) it drains any water (draining fine) then it fills from the cold water inlet pipe (for about a minute) then it drains again – all this takes about 4 minutes then it stops! the 1st, 2nd & 3rd lights (from the left) are flashing and the 5th light is on constant. Can anyone advise whether I need a ‘man that can’ or it’s simple enough for my husband to tackle? Thanks for any help you can give.

If you type “Smeg” or “Diplomat” and “reset” into the search facility (without the quotes) you’ll find the answer.

Thanks for the advice – I’ve found the reset info (hitting program button 4 times etc) so I’ll give it a whirl.
