Smeg oven – missing symbols

I’ve recently moved into a flat and the oven is missing symbols so I’m unable to tell which setting the oven is on. I have tried contacting smeg directly but had no response and don’t have the manual/can’t see model type on the oven to google it.

that one is fairly simple

left knob is a minute timer you can either set to manual ( turn anti clock to the hand) or turn it right to the length of the cooking time

middle knob is the thermostat. you could buy an oven thermometer to find where the important places are

right knob is function

from what i can see going clockwise defrost, full grill, half grill

dont know the rest so you will have to experiment , open the door turn to manual and turn thermostat up. then turn knob anti clock wise and see if the oven fan turns on and heat comes out of the back of the oven. if yes you have found the main oven

if you find model, Should be round the door if not unscrew oven as i think its repeated on the frame , i may be able to find the manual

Hi, thank you. I probably should’ve been more descriptive. It’s the function I can’t figure out, just hoping someone else has the same model and can advise.
