Smeg oven SUK91cmx5 One of the two fan elements power is down

Hello Oven experts
I have a SMEG SUK91cmx5 range oven.
One of the fan elements is not working.
So I popped in a new one like normal and it is not working.
I swopped the power and the element is good, so its the power to it.
Is this now the PCB board?
We had, had a power cut not sure if this could have made any difference…
Just want to check if it is something else or time to retire the 15year old oven..??
Second fan element and all the other functions are all fine..

PS
I’ve switched the jacks on the PCB to the two fan elements and this makes the new element work.
So it looks like the top white “Finder” Relay looking widget has failed.

will be the relay its a common problem

might get away with a new relay otherwise its a new board
