Smeg oven SY92PX8

Customer tells me everytime the oven is switched on it goes stright to the pyrolytic cleaning program..and door locks..unable to select anything else..
she reacons when she turns on a burner ring same thing happens..?? Smeg recommeded a company who have fitted another pcb didnt work…
any advice welcome…cheers John

I would check the tocs, but there are 2 or 3 different pcbs variants and I would check ptc in main oven that pcb controls

smeg tech can be a bit difficult but you vneed to find how the pyro is started. from what i can see it may be the clock

if any parts are needed you also need more info off the plate as there are 4 or 5 variants of this model
