Afternoon all.Wondered if anybody has any dealing with this model?
The fault the customer is complaing of is that the initial switch on takes to long.Once on all switches work ok.
The handbook states you need to hold the switch on for a few seconds before it will start. The question is how long is a few seconds?
What is setting off the alarm bells is the customer said it has always been a problem.Dont you just love this type of call!!
Was looking to quote for pcb.Any more ideas?
(needless to say was ok for us)

The model number isn’t listed Pinky I’m afraid.

I doubt there’s anything wrong with it to be honest though 😉

Let me know the right model and I’ll check the PCB price for you.

    Dave.

Thanks Dave.IT’s definately the right model number, checked it myself.Only about 2-3years old.My gut feeling was there nothing wrong. The customer was prompted to call us when she melted one of the indicator lenses and just wanted a rant about the fact the weren’t heat resistant.
