SMEG SCP3999X-8: Fan on, but no heat and no light

SMEG SCP3999X-8 about 15 months old
Suddenly this evening it is all working (clock, fan , thermostat flashing light, relays clicking)
EXCEPT: non of the (3) elements are heating up, and the lights are not coming on (neither when heating nor when opening the door)

Anyone any idea what may have gone wrong/what I should check?

Have repaired many ‘simple’ ovens in the past, but this seems to be microprocessor controlled, and I am at a loss to what has failed.

Just to help in diagnosis: The puzzle is that all the elements AND the lights have failed suddenly.

The oven has two bulbs, and I have tested both. The bulbs are OK so it must be the electronic controls. I have not tested the elements yet, but would be VERY surprised if ALL the elements failed at the same time.
