After browsing for a while and finding some great info in the past I wanted to ask. My Smeg oven is just heating and heating it won’t stay at any level, so basically burns everything, thinking its a thermostat issue, what does anyone think. Is this a hard thing to replace? Would it be worth dong myself or could it be something else?
