    Hi All,

So my oven isn’t heating and everything points to the element. I’m ready to buy replacement element from whitegoods but wanted to remove an double check but its not being friendly.

It looks like a single cross head and two low profile 5mm bolts, none of which seem willing to be removed. I’ve put it on its back, removed the door and applied a little WD40, but no luck yet.

    Any other advice?

    Cheers, Chris

Remove plug from wall or switch off at supply ,remove rear panel and look for two terminals approx1 ½ inches apart ,find the studs either side and undo the nuts on those studs

    Thanks – all working now.

Ordered new element from here, removed bolts from rear but had to free up screw with chisel.
