    customer informs me the oven cuts out about 190 degs.. I know the fault could be the cooling fan or cut in stat.
    The fault sounds similar the AEG/ Elux thermal cut out (always the fault)
    is this also a common type of fault- if so part Number please.

    ooh, lucky you, thats the oven with a built in toaster! I only have ever seen one of those before. Did pop a thread up here about it.
    First thing to do is to check the oven temps are correct, stick a thermometer probe in the oven and check the temps are roughly what the knob says. The cooling fan should cut in at some point, its controlled by a simple cut in thermostat in this one rather than any fancy device like the AEG has. CHeck the thermal cut outs for bad or burnt connection which may be producing their own heat and tripping it out.

    Its a common problem on all smegs from time to time, the latest ranges are plagued with the problem.
    take 2 slices of bread with you to check the toaster 😆
