Smeg showing 00E ?

Not sure about these details, never seen one of these machines before.

Customer on the phone thinks she has a Smeg WDI 12C.

She says it gets to the end and shows 00E in display.

Any pointers, does this machine have a pump filter?

OOE is not an error code, can display “OPEN” obviously if door problem, all the other codes start with an E.

yes does have filter which will be covered by a plastic kick strip and whatever wood the installers have fitted infront of the machine so the chances of it being ever looked at by the customer will be slim so would start there.

Thanks Mark, she did say it was full of water and when asked about the filter said she had no idea. :rolls:
