Smeg Spares

can anyone tell me how to contact smeg direct or who is the UK spares agent? I have tried the serveast web site smeg_shop etc. and all fail.

I am trying to locate the r/h/s door interlock mechanism for a FM38X2 microwave.. been told by Connects after a two month wait the part is obsolete! been told that before by them regarding a fisher & paykel spare which they had in stock when contacted direct!

Don’t tell me its Connect :rolls:

Cheers guys.. I have emailed Dave.. I did try the usual Smeg web page but thought Servast may have gone bust or shut down when the page didn`t open! not used it for a while..
