    Hi,

I have an older version of the above model. The problem is with the central double burner. The outer ring works perfectly but the inner ring appears to have insufficient flow of gas to produce a stable flame. It will blow out easily and is barely alight on the minimum setting. I’ve cleaned all the external parts to no effect. The gas for both comes out of the same hole so it doesn’t make sense to me! I had an engineer out ages ago who couldn’t fix , so I’ve just not used it. It also looks like the gas leaks out around the rest of the metal bit that sits on the plate, but it doesn’t seem to be designed to fit snuggly.

Anyone on here shed any light on what this might be?

    Thanks in advance, Nick.

Carefully inspect all of the holes on the burners, although often it appears OK a few may have partial blockages.

Apart from, the gas tap may be at fault or the jet partially blocked, both of these would require a Corgi registered engineer to attend of course. If you need one, check Repairs@

    Dave.
