Smeg SUK61MFX (cooker)

I have fitted new door hinges today, but the customer isn’t very happy, when the door is fully pulled down, it wont stay flat, the spring are so strong, you have to hold it down to load oven, there is no adjustment on these parts, so is that normal, can anyone please advise if possible please.(she tells me the old ones would lay flat)

what part numbers did you fit ?
there are 2 part nos for that model ,serial number dependent
931330461
or
931330551
