Smeg SUK65MF oven shuts down

This cookers oven shuts down at 200 degrees. Has done this for years apparently, but temperature getting to 175 now. Tested fault seen light goes off,fan motor goes off. Clicks on again after 10 mins. No cooling fan fitted and hob gets warm from oven.
Is this going to be fixed with a new overheat stat? or is it the design?

Hi

The thermal cut otu will need to be replaced,they can wear out over a period of time.

Ta Bryan. Servevast list this as a 70 degree cutout? I thought it would be higher temp.
