The oven light stays on permanently unless power is switched off at the wall – I’m assuming there is a switch attached to one of the door hinges. The left hand one has made a cracking noise a couple of times recently, so my logic would suggest this is the problem. Can anybody help with how to access the appropriate point to investigate and possibly fix? It’s not immediately obvious how to get to the hinges and whether the switch is in the same place.
