Re: SMEG SUK91MFX COOKER
In fact i have exactly the same issue with my cooker. I have investigated and find the element is ok, “measure the resistance” you dont need to power it.
The thermal trip is ok and the small servo relay board down in the bottom right is ok. So i am thinking that it is something to do with the actual selector switch. i notice there is now a replacement switch that separates contacts for the top element from the spit motor so i recon there is a design fault in this area and the contacts get damaged.
Have you found a solution? because i will be taking the front apart next to confirm my thoughts and don’t really want to bother if you have found a solution.
Appreciate feedback.
