Smeg SUK92MFX5 small oven stat stuck

Have one of these ranges to look at on friday and have never repaired one before. Small oven stays on maximum heat.
How do i get cooker out and then get access to replace the thermostat?
Could you advise me of price/ part number of thermostat as well.

Drag it out and take the hob off Simon 🙂

The diagram/parts list doesn’t specify which stat is which, looking at the front though:

Furthest left stat 818730616 – £23.07 ex VAT list
The other (2nd/3rd from left) 818731181 – £23.67 ex VAT list.

If it’s not a blockage or a dodgy pump check the turbidity sensor at the back of the sump
