    Hi,

    Had the electrician install my Smeg Victoria 110 oven yesterday and its all connected up but its just dead, power is going to the oven but its not powering on at all, someone from Smeg is coming to have a look but as its within the 30 days i can request a replacement, im worried that this could just be the start of a host of problems so maybe its best to get a replacement?

    Thanks for the quick reply Dave! Hopefully Smeg can send out an engineer to confirm this ASAP!

    Smeg will come out and repair what ever is wrong. It will get fixed and it wont be changed

    so if you want to return it now is the time
