    Hi,
I am having repeat trouble with 3 of these in different locations

    WDL14C7.

Dryer resetable thermostat keeps tripping, no blockages water valve solenoids ok,
Tried with door open good flow of air, they work for a couple of months then go again.

    Any ideas welcomed.

when you say no blockages have you really had it all apart? the fan blades often get a build up on the concave faces, need scraping off each and every one. Could be a fan motor not starting up after a period of not being used. Build up of fluff on the front sensor in the top of the door seal also causes issues. try changing the resettable toc itself incase there is a bad connection in there causing heat. Then of course there are user issues, overloading or switching off before cycle finished.

i agree with eastlmark, check fan blades, i have been out to a few which were multiple visits, even though you could feel a good airflow, but the blades had a fair amount of fluff build up on them.

I would also go along with air flow issues. Blockage in the condesner, fan impellor or fluff build up across the element itself.
Probably not helped by drying for too long with too big a load and not running the fluff clean cycle enough.

I stripped one down to nuts and bolts no fluff at all,I was concerned there was some underlying issue with heater coming on during wash I will check the other 2 thanks
