Smeg Washer Dryer WDI12C6 Tripping Cut-Out

This machine keeps tripping the re-settable cut out stat on the dryer. I’ve cleaned the condenser and replaced the cut out and the fan is working ok. Now apart from the dryer ntc being out of range (which I’m going to replace) is there anything else I should be looking for when I go back again?

How about the fan itself. Is that clear of fluff

is it taking in water on dry cycle? or customer switching it off before finish maybe? Also had intermittent fan start up on these, will work fine when your testing it but fails to start every now and then… difficult to prove.
