I am having problems with a 3 months smeg machine, its leaving marks on clothes after washing, this doesnt happen all the time its only every now and then, Smeg are saying there is nothing wrong with the machine. I can understand if its an old machine, but this is a new machine and everything is clean inside. Sorry i have tried to attach images here but it says images too big. I look forward to hearing from you on what might be causing this, by the way i use liquid detergent.

hi if you want to pm me ill pass you my email you can then send the pic of the stain and i may be able to help, if the drum and washer is clean and there aren’t any bad smells in there you may find it is nothing to do with the machine and it is a stain that is already on the clothes before they are washed but not visable, after coming into contact with the chemicals in the detergent it shows i have had this a lot the last one i had was from plants and it turned out the customers daughter had been helping her nan once a week in the garden crazy i know.
the items went in clean but came out with grey /brown marks
what you need to do is investigate is it just staining a particular persons clothes?
where on the clothing is it?
have you changed any products you use recently?
