I’ve just moved into a new flat and inherited the above washer/dryer. I think it is about a year old.

It appears to leak when drying. I’ve had a look ‘under the hood’ and can only see water coming from the actual drum itself.

I’m concerned that repairing may cost more than replacing. Any advice??

    Thanks v much in advance

    Hi Ian,
Take heart, if it only leaks on the drying cycle, the fault must lie above the waterline! Therefore it is likely to be straightforward – a weeping internal hose or the dryer housing not sealing properly would be the the most likely culprit.

Given the cost of replacement of this appliance with one of similar quality it would definitely be worth getting an engineer to solve your problem!

If you don’t want company service, check the Directories section for your postcode, or post it up here and someone will pick up on it.

    Regards,
    Penguin45.
