shall i tell you? smoke and more smoke that is what it is,,can any body help poor wife is doing her head in spends hours cleaning it… turns it on and out comes the smoke.

Your good lady has no doubt got the oven cavity spotlessly clean, but there is probably a build up of crud behind the rear panel where the fan element is lurking. With the oven cold and the power off the panel can be unscrewed for further cleaning.Regards,

Thanks for that,i do believe she was down on bended knees this afternoon 🙄 with her head in the oven so i think she came to the same idea as yourself,but my remarks of “My dear it’s electric not gas” did not get the reaction i wanted 😆 😆
