    Just had a mate on with an E4 fault on this machine, also said water coming out of the soap drawer.

    I thought E4 was a heater or NTC fault on Smeg stuff… Any ideas.

    Water coming out of the soap drawer could be simply that the tube has come off the pressure switch or the pressure switch is not operating

    Thanks for that, but apparently it’s also trying to ramp into spin and m/c is jumping around…. Guessing its probably a motor or pcb fault.

    Problem with the tacho on the motor? The ‘jumping around’ could then have pulled off the pressure tube?

    this is a Gorenje made model, F or E4 is a tacho fault.
