Smelling Bosch Washing Machine

I have a Bosch Classixx 1200 Express washing machine and it smells pretty bad.

So far we have tried washing at 90 degs several times with bicarbonate of soda and we are about to try using a heavy duty bleach containing detergent.

However I have a couple of questions?

If this doesnt work can anyone tell me what the likely causes could be? And how easy it would be for me to sort out. I am pretty competent when it comes to taking things apart and putting them back together. (I always seem to have a few spare bits left over though).

Reading on the forums seems to suggest a build up of bacteria and gunk. I have to admit we havent ever done any maintenance washes ❗ 😳

Failing all the above if I need spare parts can someone give me a ballpark figure to get an engineer to come and look at it and sort it out?
