    I have a Miele Novatronic Premier 500 that smells foisty/mouldy and the clothes have a hint of this too. I have done the rerearch and gone down the no fabric conditioner route and ran hot programmes with various substances reccomended on forums. My question is our old machine never had this problem and we used fabric conditioner for years. We had the old Service Quartz 1000 which gave many years of perfect washing. So why does the Miele smell and the Sevice did not? Any idea’s? Thank You.
