SMS50E02Uk/01 dish washer

I have been called out today to repair this Bosch d/w with an E24 fault the fault codes put this to mean a blocked drain hose filter , I’ve not ever found a filter in the draining side of a dishwasher , But the fault code came up because it wouldn’t fill so I cleaned out the filter on the aqua stop on the inlet pipe the machine then worked ok just twice so please could someone try and throw some light on this for me also just wondered if the reed switch should be open or closed when the machine is turned off, Also just wondering whose making these crap machines for Bosch I seem to be getting call outs to them every other day now always the ones with the module in bottom RH corner.

i’ve had this fault code many times and it has always been stuff stuck in the spraypump impellor. i know what youre thinking, but trust me.
