    Hi all.

    I have had a look at this a few times. Every time i look it works.
    Customer reports tgat it will not drain. Nothing in pipework or drain. Pump free to turn. Is there a known fault with theses? As i have had a few now with the szme problem.

    Hi Simon,
    This looks like a model I had a similar problem with in past ,draining very slowly/not filling etc, a bit intermittent. I changed the side chamber and sorted fault. I have since changed these chambers a couple of times for such faults. Part number 687148 water inlet. Good luck
