Been to this today showing E15 at start of programme. Took both side panels off, couldn’t see any water. Don’t be fooled by these the water in base wasn’t visible, they must have a deeper well. When I tilted the machine some water ran out. This appliance is occasionally tripping the electric also.
There are several posts on this, but I have referred customer to Bosch as only 2 years old, but have asked customer to let me know to see if can advise of the repair carried out. Let’s hope. Will let you know if I hear anything.
P.S. Lid removal required on these to take side panels off. Very easy, two squeeze latches at front edge of lid, lift front edge, slide to rear.

Customer had Bosch out to this appliance, but she didn’t give too much information. One or two seals changed, possibly lower door seal, and the engineer said the float switch was causing the tripping.
If anyone has any recent service info on these especially relating to E15 would appreciate it. Thanks.

It’s always associated with a leak somewhere. As you mentioned the lower door seal also the salt container nut and in rare instances the matrix gasket leaks on the side of the tub.
