SMV69t20GB 16/08/11 check water and rinse aid lights flashing

Hi all,

I have the above dishwasher. The label on the front is worn but I have the model number and date from a sticker on the back.

The machine stopped working and now the ‘check water’ and ‘rinse aid’ lights flash (0.5 second pulse on and off).

I’ve checked the hoses, removed water from inside, tipped the machine onto its back and side but still the same problem.

Reading up on it, it could be a faulty control board. Can anybody shed light onto this before I order a replacement board please.
