SN26M280GB/97 E19 Error Code

Good Morning, I have a customer with a Siemens SN26M280GB/97 dishwasher with a E19 error code, I have traced the fault to the solenoid valve (00631199) on the heat exchanger being open circuit. I fitted a new valve but the error code comes back on about two seconds after turning the appliance on. I thought maybe you have to clear the error code like you have to on some other Siemens washing machines but after trawling the internet can not find any reference to a reset procedure, my other thought is that when the solenoid valve failed it damaged the control board. Does anybody have any thoughts on this issue, what I do not want to do is order up a control module and find we still have a problem. Regards Neil

have you check the connection from the coil back to the board ?

you could inspect the board where the coil connects. If it did damage the board its likely there will be visible damage on the triac

I have had this fault and so have other engineers, mine just worked ok after fitting new coil
