New to ISE sales, so the only daft question is the one that’s not asked.

I’ve just sold an AW23 inc the extra 3 year warranty (£50 extra). So I’ve filled in the online registration and emailed it to admin@ise… etc.

I’ve just received an invoice from ISE for the machine. So what about the extended warranty? will I get billed for that later, or is that a different process?

It’s added separately as another product as, when the order is sent, we don’t know what warranty was with it. 😉

i ordered 7 aw23 with 5 year cover and have not had an invoice for the extra £50 per machine
