So we all have little gems in our toolbox that make our life easier on jobs, like; wd40 spray, infrared thermometer, corbin clamp pliers, long length philips and flat head screw drivers to name a few. Basically as the title said what do ye have that helps ye on jobs etc

I have a metal skewer with the tip (about 5mm) bent round on itself making a “u”. This is invaluable for removing stubborn heating elements from washers (the ones with NTC integral). Take out the NTC, insert “speial tool” through hole, engage short end of “u” against rubber grommet and pull. Also, same tool is good for getting plinth off below kithen units when working on built-in. Slip skewer in with “u” horizontal. Once in, rotate 90 degrees and pull.

Most people probably have it already but a voltage indicator pen is very handy in the toolbox. Actually its a neccessity at this stage

    Didn’t think of that (-:
Ideal for cleaning dispenser jets just pop over the holes and blow through
Also good for cleaning Bosch dw sump hoses
