    I am looking for a motor for a smeg washer dryer model no. ST121S.2 and have found the alleged motor from smeg as part number 795210338 but no one seems to be certain ,I have a feeling there are other makes who use this motor inc zanussi and whirlpool.
    It is a sole motor type 20584-502
    160900140
    480/1500 rpm and has an extra long shaft on it.
    any help for cheaper alternatives would be much appreciated.

    thanks for that brian,I don’t suppose you know if any of the sole zanussi or whirlpool motors cross reference to the same motor,as they appear to be a lot cheaper around 50-60 pounds most of them.

    Its in Connect as whirlpool AWM329 motor,but not any cheaper.
