I got a call this morning from D&G asking if a new contract they’d snagged was okay with us.
Top marks to D&G for a decent rate on laundry (I’ll ignore the other two 😉 ) and for asking their agents for their opinion. Then taking onboard the comments made by the agents and trying to make it better and easier for everyone.
At last a realistic labour rate : 🙂 for laundry anyway ,I am going to ask if there will be any info on how to get into the damn floorcare products though(if anyone from D&G reads this I will be asking nicely!)because as we all know the higher the first fix rate the better all around,Havent repaired that many micros in a while though except the odd brandt . 😕
But as Ken said its nice to see them asking the opinion of the people at the sharp end 😀

Yep I have to say I’m more than a little impressed with the rate, which as Lawrence says is realistic, but mostly I’m impressed with the way it was dealt with so kudos to D&G. I think they got it absolutely spot on here.
You have no idea how happy I am to not be moaning about a WP for a change and actually praising them! 😆
