Scott posts a double post, obviously in a desperate bid to get someone, anyone, to talk to him about DASA. Best of luck with that.
I was gonna delete one of the posts but then I thought “what the hell” I’ll let it be. But I did ask if anyone wanted to use the Help Desk function and last night I thought that it would be ideal to put a DASA contact there but obviously he didn’t think about that. 😕
However, this help desk thing could be very useful indeed if I promote it a little.
We can send up to 9 different targetted enquiries to 9 email addresses as I’ve still to suss the syntax to get it to multiple recipients but I did a little testing and hopefully Dave will have a mail when he gets back that is identical to mine. But it doesn’t stop me sending to my server using the AFIL account and setting up a small forwarding rule to several people.
This could be useful on several fronts.
Kev, do you fancy getting all the mails pertaining to agents? So any enquiries about doing agency work or contractors goes to you, if I can I’ll double that up to go to me as well as a fail safe once I get that working.
Dave is going to do the spares, I’m doing the general stuff and web admin stuff and I’ll probably share that with Dave as well at some point.
Subscription questions for when that goes live I’m looking for volunteers! 😀
Any more ideas, fire away.
