    Hi,

    I’m currently looking for the user manual for this washing machine:

    Soverign SHL 10007

    I can’t seem to find the manufacturer’s website anywhere, and subsequently…no user manual!!

    The problem I have is that the wash doesn’t seem to complete. At the moment there is water in the machine and clothes in it, the machine has stopped but the door can be opened…but loads of water comes out!! There are some lights flashing too!

    Just wondering if anyone can help, hope so!
