Spare knobs for gas hob on Paul Bocuse Rossieres range oven

Hi

I am trying to locate spare knobs for the gas hotplate controls for my oven, 2 have broken off but would ideally like to buy extra to keep as a spare.
This oven looks nice but does anyone else have problems – the right hand oven never gets to the temperature it should so I never use it and the left oven cooks too hot!!

Could you confirm which Bocuse you have please, the most likely are 2040?? or 4040?? the letters after each are also important.

These should be found inside one of the drawers below the ovens 🙂
