Spare parts website recommendations please

Can anyone help me to find a decent website which can suplpy a couple of spare parts?

I need a door handle for an LG microwave
A door for a Servis washine machine

Keith, I have checked the diagram and even thought the door handle is shown, it does not have a part number so I can only assume that the door is supplied as a complete unit.

As with any Microwave repair, please take it to you’re local specialist as attempting this kind of repair without the correct test equipment places you at a very high risk of microwave radiation exposure.

Keith – Give us the model and serial number of the Servis washer and whats wrong with the door and no doubt one of us will be able to help you,
if not with a new part perhaps with a second-hand one. You’ll find that most of us on here want to help you out within legal liability!!

Sorry, I was refering to the microwave door as you said that you had already sourced the Servis door part(s). As bonzaco has said, if you need anything for the Servis door, pop the model number and serial number in here and someone will reply.

Microwave: Thought as much as I did find a site where the entire would have to be bought. Cost over £50 plus P+P. Cheaper buying another microwave….

Washing machine: I found a website who offered to send the part through for around a tenner. Turned out they made a mistake and wanted over £30… So here is the washing machine details.

Servis washing machine 1200rpm M3022.

The door handle starts to weaken until it eventually snaps off. A screwdriver is then needed in order to open the door. this is the second time it has happened so it comes as no surprise. I should maybe buy two replacements this time.

The last time I bought this, everything but the glass was supplied at around £17. Can you assist?

You don’t need the full door Keith, just the door handle kit. They snap constantly on the 3022, or just about any Servis washer of recent times.

I can’t be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} as I don’t have the price list in front of me but from memory the handle kit is about £8 plus VAT I think and the part number is 72004000 although that’s from memory so may well be wrong. It’s pretty easy to change, if you want one let me know and I’ll see if I’ve got one tomorrow or get a hold of Dave_Conway as I’m sending him one tomorrow anyway.

Bloody hell!

On the new price list from Servis this part is:

719007000 DOOR HANDLE UNIT £25.00

That is a total rip off IMO!

It is a rip off, and no-one has got them in stock (big seller 😉 ) Hence the reason Ken is sending me one, I can’t get one anywhere from any of the wholesalers.

Could you post the model number of the fridge please, the part number doesn’t look like a Bernstien one, where did you get it ?
