KeymasterRe: Spare parts website recommendations please
Looks like I came to the right place.
I have broken the door handle off a Servis M3024/M washing machine and Servis is wanting my first born in exchange for a new handle. Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance,

KeymasterSorry Rod I kinda lost the plot with this earlier as the site was down for a bit and that was a bit more pressing to sort out. I will get back to you on this, or Dave will in the morning.
Or, use the Help Desk or email spares@ukwhitegoods.com and we’ll sort it out for you, it’s not a problem.

Thanks K, hey you do what you gotta do. I manage a couple of webs sites myself so I understand.
I have sent an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk so I will wait for a response on that.
Cheers,

Hi Rod.
The email was sent yesterday (Wednesday) at 10.23am. I do notice that you are using a Yahoo email address though which is probably where the problem lies. Some web based email systems will treat some mail as junk for some reason.
The info sent was “The door handle kit is £20.28 inc VAT and postage.”
If you would like one sent, give my company a ring on 01392 467889 with your details. (I may not be available personally, but one of the staff who answer will have access to parts enquiries etc)

KeymasterIf you need a drum for an M3022 I’d suggest you start looking at new appliances! 😉
They usually come in about £100 or so and if that’s shot then the chances are you’ll need to replace the bearings as well while you’re at it.

The list price is £154.51 inc VAT 😯
By the time you add the tub gasket and bearing etc, you are going to be getting close to £200.
As suggested, best to replace the appliance.
Dave.
