is it my account or has anybody else found connect`s prices gone up in a big way and with no rep to talk to and no one in the office to look at prices they must be loosing business.
Only use them to price jobs now as they are always the most expensive on parts have been for a while now

its mad when you think they have to get a member of staff to find and pick one item and then pack it and post it. you would think it would be more cost effective to pick 20 items and therfore offer it cheaper.
its also mad that i can order an item but if i want cheaper postage i have to order as a direct delivery to myselfDave
There is a cost to running accounts, that’s a part of it I guess.
But, largely IMO, the driving down of part prices online is as a result of some trade suppliers getting into a race to the bottom on the big platforms, Amazon and eBay and they are all there, every one of them in one form/name or another.
Bar ASWO. They are the only one that does not, 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} for sure, sell to the public in any way at all.

Ive got to say, im a late adopter of ASWO. Ive had an account with them for maybe only 6 months and they are my new go to supplier. Next day delivery from France is great and the odd occasion it hasn’t turned up next day, but the day after, a quick email to them and they have refunded the whole postage.
Dont get me wrong, I always check around all suppliers for the best prices but they have regularly been the cheapest for the majority of items and great customer service.
I agree, Connect prices have gone up and not being able to talk to an agent is a problem. At last ive got my Qualtex account back up and running.
