    I need a part for an Ocean APM 6825 fridge freezer as the compressor will not start. There’s no current at either of the two capacitor leads. The capacitor is a ICAR ECOFILL MLR25, sealed as it’s a hydrocarbon fridge. But with reflection I feel it could be the relay-in the plug in section.
