spinning fault on bosch washer exccel 1400s

hi would anyone be able to help with a problem i have with our washer
when on the spin cycle of the wash the washer spins but not at full spin speed for only a short while, then it trys to spin again but then the digital timer goes from 8 mins to 0 within 5 seconds as though the washer is out of ballance (but it is not)
i have replaced the carbon brushes in the motor about 3 months ago and checked them and they look ok ,
can any one help further with this problem thanks
the washer is a bosch exccell 1400s

Armature in the motor will be breaking down – new motor will be required. Need model number to identify.

have you any idea of the cost of the motor would it be worth getting bosch to do the repair
