Split water pipe on whirlpool american fridge freezer.. help

Hello just bought this america fridge freezer from ex-display, as they took the doors off to deliver the appliance they split the hose under the bottom left of the door.. can anyone let me know if i can get a replacement and have it replaced?

I would have thought that the responsibility for replacing any broken / damaged parts would be down to the delivery company, unless of course you signed anything prior to delivery which may absolve them.

If you can post up the make and model number i’m sure someone would be able to help.

the tube replacement kit for your fridge freezer is a standard type for all models (drinking water tube kit, freezer door)

the Whirlpool part number is 4812 530 29272, and should cost you approx £20 + vat +P&P

PS, let me know if you need one and i can put you in touch with a supplier, but please dont try to fit it yourself unless you know what you’re doing, it does involve removal of electronic board to access . . . .
