Hello fellow users,
Before a call a technician and let him charge me for that, i’d like to hear your opinion about a problem i have with my i have a countertop King dishwasher.
Lately the spray arm rotation is stopped with no reason in the middle of operation. I know for sure that no dishes disturb as when the machine start to work (after the water is pumped in) I hear the arm turning, and after a while it just stops. It doesn’t happen in determined time (sometimes it’s after 1 min, sometimes after 5, sometimes never). After I open the door, re-verify that nothing is disturbing, and re-closing it the arm is rotating again (I guess it’s the drive of the water coming from the pump again) but it can stop again.
The bottom line is that I need to babysit the machine while it’s working and make sure the arm is not stopped and if it does I need to help it to restart with rotation. If I fail to do that the result is dirty dishes.
